Upasana English Medium School is managed and operated by the
Upasana Trust, a philanthropic organization dedicated to transforming
the educational landscape of Jhalda. Our management team consists of visionary educators
and social leaders committed to providing value-based, world-class education.
Our Leadership Philosophy
The Trust operates on the principle of "Seva"
(Service). We believe that managing an educational institution is a sacred
responsibility to the community. Our management ensures that every resource is
directed toward the holistic development of our students and the continuous
improvement of our campus infrastructure.
Key Management Roles
- Chairman/Chief
Trustee: Leads the strategic vision and long-term planning for the
school’s growth.
- Secretary:
Oversees the administrative compliance and day-to-day coordination between
the Trust and the School Board.
- Treasurer:
Ensures financial transparency and the sustainable allocation of funds for
academic and infrastructural development.
- Principal:
Mr. Goutam Kumar Chakraborty, who serves as the academic head and a
vital bridge between the Trust’s vision and classroom execution.
